Hartlebury Parish Hall

Available to hire 08:00 to 23:45 seven days a week

General Hire of Main Hall, Lounge & Kitchen
(Monday to Friday – Non-party rate)

£15 per hour
£55 for half day (1 session)
£100 for whole day (2 sessions)
(Session times: 09:00–13:00, 13:30–17:30 or 18:00–22:00)

Committee Room or Lounge
(Any day of the week)

£10 per hour
(Session times: 09:00–13:00, 13:30–17:30 or 18:00–22:00)

Children’s Party
(Weekends)

£70
(Session times: 09:00–12:00, 13:00–16:00)

(Weekdays – Monday to Friday)
£15 per hour

Adult Weekend Parties

£300 inclusive of a manned bar (£250 without )
(Session time: 17:30–23:30)
for use of three spaces—Main Hall, Kitchen and Lounge
If extra hours are required these are charged at £25 per hour

If the bar is requested as part of the booking, it will be open from 19:00 until 23:00.
Any additional hours before 19:00 will be charged at £10 per hour.

New Year's Eve package

£400 - does not include manned bar
Session time: 17:30–01:00, but also includes 2 hours on New Year's Day, 09:00 until 11:00 to tidy up,

for use of three spaces—Main Hall, Kitchen and Lounge.
If extra hours are required these are charged at £25 per hour

Wedding package

£500 + £200 for manned bar
Time slot : 09:00–23:30 plus 2 hours the next day, 09:00 until 11:00 to tidy up.

If extra hours are required these are charged at £25 per hour

Rules of Hire

All rubbish must be taken away by the hirer.
Tables must be wiped over and stored tidily in the cupboard (photo guide on the door).
The use of Dry Ice at parties is forbidden.
Please leave the Hall as you find it on arrival.
Parties and events must be fully concluded, all items cleared away, and the Hall completely vacated on or before the allotted end time specified in the booking.

NB: The above rates are basic hall hire fees and can be discounted for local residents, charities and regular weekly/monthly groups by arrangement with the bookings secretary.
